Head Intelligence Prestige Racket mid plus XL
There are not too many good rackets around but this is one of them. The "must have" gimmick is that it uses an electronic charge namely the "piezoelectric effect" to stiffen the racket on impact. I think this "Viagra for rackets" effect is a bunch of BS and the plane truth is that the racket is well built, well balanced and well weighted. It has a very solid feel and this racket will no doubt become Heads flagship racket into the next generation of players that are hitting flatter and harder. You lose a little dexterity with the weight but that's to be expected and you have to jiggle with the string tension to get it really right. The rackets suits strong players from good to pro levels. The racket retails at about 475AUD. It's not really worth that kind of money but the racket's definitely a winner.
